Booking direct means no platform service fees - you pay less and we earn the same. Our calendars are synced live with Airbnb and Booking.com via iCal, so availability here is always accurate.

A deposit by bank transfer or card secures your dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything in writing.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but we’ll always try to re-let the dates and refund what we can.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Need an early arrival or late departure? Tell us - if there’s no same-day changeover it’s usually no problem.

We use a lockbox with a code we send you before arrival, so you can arrive whenever suits your flight. We’re nearby if you’d rather be met in person.
