Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay at our property located at 38b Avenida Habaneras, Torrevieja, Spain.
By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:
Check-in time: After 13:00 PM
Check-out time: By 12:00 AM
Maximum number of guests: 3
No parties or events are permitted on the property.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No pets allowed
Guests must respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
A valid ID and contact information must be provided prior to check-in.
Payment must be completed as per the agreed terms at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Free cancellation is available if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the booking platform.
